Transparent charges

Your adviser may charge a fee as either a flat advice fee or a percentage, typically around 3%, of initial investment for his work and advice in connection with your specific financial circumstances. This fee must be agreed in advance in writing between you and your adviser.

Note that for Defined Benefit pension transfers under £162,500k our fees are generally 5% of the transfer value.

Fees may be deducted from initial monies or paid directly by you, or a combination thereof. You and your adviser may also agree to an ongoing service fee (again to be confirmed in writing, in advance) charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, in arrears.

Treating clients fairly

The Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principle, outlined by the FCA and implemented in 2007, aims to raise standards in the way firms carry out their business by introducing changes that will benefit consumers and increase their confidence in the financial services industry.

We welcome any and all feedback as it allows us to see the business from another perspective and tailor our business in a manner that will benefit our customers.
